Mr. Givens is a native of Savannah, GA. He graduated from Benedictine Military School in 1981. Mr. Givens has a dual degree in Economic and Business Management from the prestigious Cornell University. Mr. Givens has over 30 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry. Mr. Givens has also been buying distressed properties in the Savannah and Atlanta market since the mid-1980s.
